Health Conditions

Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regime, especially if you have health issues. Inform your trainer of any serious health conditions such as neck, back or joint injuries, heart disease, high blood pressure, recent surgery, and pregnancy. If you have an acute, chronic or limiting condition, it is advised that you schedule private session for therapeutic assistance.

Wear athletic clothing that you can move in that is flexible and non-binding, such as shorts, T-shirts, yoga tops and pants. We practice in bare feet.

Mats and Props

We have public mats and props available for your use during class.

Perfumes

Please go easy on wearing scents that might disturb other clients who are also working out in the studio.

Food

Exercises should be performed on an empty stomach. Ideally, wait three to four hours after a large meal, one to two hours after a light snack. Bring a bottle of water to class. Hydration is crucial.

Medications

Do not workout while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed drugs) which may impair your ability to judge your physical capabilities. If you are on a prescribed drug that may affect you movement please let your trainer know.

Remember to always listen to your body!

Please, clean used equipment and mats after your session.
